Any idea where this is in Singapore? Stumble upon this underpass and was not in a rush, so I decided to stop by and take this shot since nobody is there in the frame to "decorate" the picture. I am actually quite surprised to find this underpass hidden in the middle of the expressway. (If I am not mistaken about the expressway part)
